  • No; Gratuity is not added to the salon services. If you would like to give gratuity, we are only able to accept cash at this time. We are unable to add it to your card or accept Venmo payments. We are working on finding a more convenient form of payment for the future. Thank you for understanding!

  • We request at least a 24 hour notice for cancelations. If you are scheduled for a Keratin Treatment, Brazilian Blowout, or Enzymo Therapy, you will need to notify us three days before the scheduled appointment. If cancelation is within three days you may forfeit your deposit on the appointment.

  • Yes; here at ILO we are known for keeping your time short and sweet. You are able to book a haircut or color while also getting a manicure or pedicure. We highly recommend it!

  • Every clients hair is different but we typically recommend scheduling every 4 to 8 weeks for hair cuts to keep your hair healthy and strong.

  • At Salon ILO we want to make sure you are happy with your color before you leave the salon. This is why our color appointments come as a package with a blow dry and style. We do not allow clients to leave with wet hair after a color service.

  • Yes! We highly recommend coming in for a consultation before a color or cut appointment, especially if you are new to our salon. Our artists want to make sure you are scheduled properly for your services so that they have enough time to make your hair look exactly the way you want it. The best way to do this is by calling the salon to book a consultation with one or more of our artists before you book your appointment for your services.
